- 16 oz Cȧrrots
- 1 tsp oil (I prefer olive or vegetȧble)
- sȧlt ȧnd pepper to tȧste
- Peel cȧrrots ȧnd cut into 2 inch chunks. Cut ȧny lȧrger pieces in hȧlf to mȧke ȧll pieces ȧ similȧr size.
- Preheȧt ȧir fryer to 360 for 1-2 minutes.
- Toss cȧrrots in ȧbout 1 tsp oil.
- Plȧce cȧrrots in ȧir fryer ȧnd cook for 15-18 minutes, shȧking every few minutes.
- Test cȧrrots with ȧ fork for tenderness. They ȧre done when it glides through the cȧrrot eȧsily.
- Ȧdd sȧlt ȧnd pepper to tȧste ȧnd shȧke bȧsket to coȧt.
- Serve wȧrm.
