I created this website because I love to cook. Mind you, I do not have a degree in culinary arts, but that doesn’t stop me from experimenting and creating new dishes every day. I just love it when an experiment comes together and then to watch someone else try my food and wait for their reaction, good or bad. Because cooking is an art. And art evokes emotion.
